Join us in January for a special 6 week series. Participants will meet for one hour each week, online, to explore, and learn a contemplative practice such as various mindfulness meditations, reflective writing, deep listening, and guided imagery, in order to develop personal self-care strategies. This course is specifically designed for individuals seeking to support their mental and emotional well-being while care-giving for someone living with memory loss or other life limiting chronic disease.
