Scramble Format: Shotgun Tee Off at 1:00 p.m.
The Heritage Invitational supports the Memory Care Center of Excellence at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo (HCK). All net proceeds from the tournament will go to enhancing our environments of care for persons with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia disorders. Major Sponsor - $2,500
$2,500 sponsor level includes registration for four, sponsorship tee signs, acknowledgment in the event program and recognition at the event and during the award ceremony.
Foursome - $1,000
$1,000 foursome level includes registration for four and acknowledgment in our event program.
Individual - $250
$250 individual participants will receive one full registration. We pair you with other golfers as able.
Hole Sponsor - $300
$300 hole sponsors will receive sign advertisement on the hole along with web-site listing and recognition at the hospitality tent.

A special golf clinic is scheduled at 12:30 p.m. provided by Kalamazoo Country Club PGA professional Dick Stewart, the Dean of Golf Professionals in Southwest Michigan.
