Staff Recognition & Holiday Fund
As a way to reward HCK’s dedicated staff members for a job well done, gifts to the Staff Recognition and Holiday Fund have become a tradition at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo (HCK).
HCK staff members are extremely dedicated and caring in their daily work as they strive to meet the needs of nearly 400 Assisted Living residents throughout the six facilities of the HCK continuum. It is our policy that staff members of HCK are not able to accept gifts, tips or gratuities from residents or family members. The Staff Recognition and Holiday fund was established as a way for residents and their families to express their appreciation and gratitude to HCK Staff.
