How do I become a Resident at Wyndham?

You and/or your spouse must be age 60 or better and financially able to meet the terms of the Residency Agreement.

Are pets allowed at Wyndham?
Yes, with restrictions as to size and type.

Are guest meals available for my family or friends?
Your family and friends are always welcome to join you for a meal.

Can you provide assistance in making moving arrangements?
We can assist you with everything from deciding how your furniture will fit in your home to helping with the selection of a moving company.

Can I keep my car?
Yes, you may park in our front parking lot, or for an additional charge we offer covered garage parking.

Does the rent ever increase?
Our costs are reviewed on an annual basis and it is sometimes necessary to increase rent to cover these costs.

Do the apartments have a full kitchen?
Yes, the kitchens are fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. You may choose to bring a microwave.

Do you have storage space available for residents?
Yes, a storage space is available for each Kalamazoo Senior Living resident.
